I paid the rent today. It is $475.00 a month for a one bedroom apartment in Fort Worth.
I been messing with Opera 10.10 for the last 24 hours or so and it seems to be slow when showing videos. A lot of buffering. I do not have that problem with Firefox. Now I am running Linux so you may not have that problem if you are running Windows.
I would very much like to get Window 7. I got a lot of programs that I miss. One is the program that lets me program my radio scanner. I also miss Windows Live Writer.
I installed Wine, a program that lets you run Windows programs in Linux, but it has some problems. I must have done something wrong with the install.
I saw a video at the CNN web site about the Dubai problem. A couple of experts did not think it was that big of a deal… Well at least not for us. I hope they are correct.
I have no plans for this weekend. I am going with Jimmy on Monday when he goes to see his doctor.
I need to get a doctor here in Fort Worth and get a new health insurance company. I have not taken my BP since I been here. I do not have a scale yet so I can not know what my weight is at this time. I feel fat.
It is 2300 hours and I am going to bed. I am tired.
